Succinate esters for flexible PVC, plastisols and coatings. Options from fast‑fusing C4 (DBSu) through C8 low‑volatility (DEHS) and polymeric succinate for low migration. DES available as a co‑plasticizer/solvent.

- Balance fusion vs. permanence: C4 (DBSu) tends to faster fusion; C8 (DEHS) improves permanence/low fogging. Blend to target viscosity and cold‑flex.
- DES: commonly used as a low‑viscosity co‑plasticizer or solvent in inks/coatings rather than a primary PVC plasticizer—specify accordingly.
- Compliance: end‑use rules differ by region (indoor air VOC, food‑contact). Request grade‑specific COAs and regulatory letters.
