Container availability notes
- 40’HC generally preferred; 20’ dependent on depot stock—early booking improves pickup window.
- DG: submit UN no., class/PG, flash point and packing details for acceptance before slot request.
- Flexitank: limited; check origin fitting lead time and receiver facilities.
- OOG/FR: subject to special stow and terminal handling confirmation.
Cut-offs & docs
- VGM cut-off: typically 12–24 h before gate-in
- SI cut-off: 24–48 h before ETD (carrier-specific)
- DG docs: MSDS + DG note + labels as per IMDG
- Commercial: CI/PL, HS codes, COO where required
How to secure space faster
- Share lane, container type, cargo class (DG/non-DG), target ETA, and any port alternatives.
- Provide consignee/notify and delivery terms to avoid SI rework.
- Allow switch to nearby ports (ANT/BRV/HAM) if it shortens stack/ETD.
Note: This is a planning snapshot, not live
sailing data. We will confirm ETD/ETA and stack/cut-offs on
booking.
